Sebastian Reed started his career assisting at a production company in Stockholm but soon they realized he was hopeless with computers and kicked him out. Sebastian then went on to edit commercials and direct music videos. In 2001 he started directing commercials full time clients such as Coca Cola, Snickers, Nike, Puma and IKEA.
Nominated at the Cannes Young Directors Award in 2002 and a listed at Board’s Directors to Watch in 2004, Sebastian also went on to win gold for his spot for Oddset “The Stick” at the annual Swedish Advertising Festival in 2008. Apart from filmmaking Sebastian likes to spend time with his miniature dachshund Harry and watch soccer.
