Rickard has had quite the journey getting to Camp David. His career has spanned 50
different professions (some of which may or may not be legal) and yet producing must be
something he’s quite good at, as he got roped into being a member of the Swedish Film &
TV Producer Board.

Per never leaves a glass empty, or a budget post unchecked. He’s our latest partner-in-crime
and has an unmatched eye for New Talent. He’s also the founder of the Royal Skåne Film
Commission.

We mixed a wine and food expert with our finances, and it turned out to be a pretty good
combination. Mikael is best known for winning ‘nose of the year’ in 2011, but he’s also great
at keeping the tax man in check.
